Friday 20 March 2015 is the International Day of Happiness…

Think about the things in life that bring you happiness.  Sometimes it is just the little things that can make us feel good and connected to the world around us such as finishing a good book, feeling the sunshine on our skin, catching up with a friend over coffee, taking a walk and noticing the new growth on the trees.   I wonder what works for you and can you find the time to do this one small thing?

United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon states:
